Eating for your Genes
Staff and Health Practitioners will learn from Nutrigenomics 101 and the patient portal Project Selfy exists to create an environment in our bodies to prevent and avoid illness; while achieving our fullest potential in all we do.
We avoid refined and processed foods, thus limiting grains and dairy. Using whole foods makes our way of eating nutrient-dense, anti-inflammatory, low glycemic, alkalizing, anti-cancer, immune-boosting and satiating. We use foods to fuel the body with bodybuilding elements. This way of eating accompanied by positive thinking makes the Nutrigenomics 101 program not a diet, but a sustainable way of eating for life.
As you go through this program you will first learn about APOE genetics and how it relates to food. Next, you will go week by week through our 12-week program of coaching your patients.
